Drop your advertising pixels into TripWorks and your booking widget will fire a purchase event on every completed booking — so Meta and TikTok can attribute conversions, build retargeting audiences, and optimize your ad delivery.

Add a pixel
Each pixel is its own integration under Setup Integrations:
- Meta (Facebook) pixel — paste your Facebook Pixel ID. For the full walkthrough, see Set up Facebook (Meta) conversion tracking.
- TikTok pixel — paste your TikTok Pixel ID.
Activate the integration and TripWorks loads that pixel in your booking widget automatically.
What fires, and when
On a completed online booking, TripWorks sends a purchase/conversion event to each active pixel — Meta's Purchase and TikTok's CompletePayment — with the booking's value and currency. As with Google tracking, this happens for online guest bookings (not staff or point-of-sale), and pixels respect the visitor's advertising consent (see Consent, CMP & privacy).
Frequently asked questions
Which pixels can I add?
Meta (Facebook) and TikTok pixels, plus Google Ads and Google Analytics as their own integrations. Each is set up under Setup → Integrations.
Do I need to add the pixel code to my website too?
For booking events, no — once you enter the pixel ID here, TripWorks loads it in the booking widget and fires the purchase event. You may still add the pixel to your marketing site separately for page-level tracking.
Why isn't my pixel firing?
Check that the integration is active with the correct pixel ID, that you're testing a real online booking (not a staff/register booking), and that advertising consent is granted for the visit.
