Your Message Template Library comes with one rebooked trip message template. This template is designed to notify customers that their chosen event has been rescheduled, provide them with the updated date and time, and recap other pertinent trip details.
Rebooked Trip Message Settings
By default, rebooked trip messages are not sent to customers automatically when you Reschedule a Trip. However, you can:
- Manually send rebooked trip messages on a case-by-case basis (see Manual Messaging)
- Enable auto-send for rebooked messages when you Customize Rebooked Trip Message Settings
Additionally, if the rebooked message template provided in your Message Template Library does not satisfy your business's needs, you can:
- Edit the Existing Message Template's content
- Create a New Message Template from scratch
