To request a payment from your customers, you can create a message template that includes a payment link. This is especially useful when there’s a balance due on a trip—whether it’s for a deposit, additional tickets, products, or any other charges. By sending a secure payment link through email or SMS, you allow your customers to pay easily without needing to call. This method is fast, convenient, and secure, helping streamline the payment process for both you and your customers.

How to Create a Request for Payment Message

1. From the toolbar, select More > Discover More

2. Choose Message Templates

3. Choose the New Template button

4. In the Create a Template dialogue box:
   • Give the template a fitting name, such as “Request for Payment” 
   • Select Payment Request from the Category dropdown menu 

5. Choose Create
6. Add the relevant text to your template 
7. Type the clickable text you want, such as “Pay Now"
8. Highlight the text, then select the Link icon to insert the payment link

9. From the “Choose a Predefined Link” dropdown, select Payment Request URL 

10. Select Insert 
11. Your text will now be linked
