Captains, guides, and front-desk teams often want a paper head-count in hand. You can print the Manifest for the whole day, for a single activity, or for one timeslot, and choose how the page is laid out before it goes to the printer.

Open the print preview
- The whole day: select the printer icon in the top bar, titled Print the manifest for the entire day. It works only in the Table view and only when the day has bookings.
- One timeslot: open the menu on the timeslot's header, choose Timeslot Actions, then Print Manifest...
- One activity: open the menu on the activity's header, choose the activity's actions, then Print Manifest...
The preview opens in a new browser tab. On a phone, Print is in the Manifest options menu.
Choose how it prints
The toolbar at the top of the preview controls the layout. TripWorks remembers your choices for next time.
- Orientation: Portrait or Landscape. Landscape is the default.
- Row mode: By Order prints one row per reservation. By Guest prints one row per guest, with each guest's own details.
- Group by: By Time prints one page per timeslot. By activity prints one page per activity.
- Page breaks: One Per Page or Continuous.
- Timeslot: pick All timeslots or a single one. This appears when you group by time and the day has more than one timeslot.
- Columns: Print View is a simple sheet with the row number, name, party size, confirmation code, and notes. Or choose any saved view by name to print that view's columns.
When you're ready, select Print. There's no paper size option, only Portrait or Landscape.
What appears on the page
- A header with your company name, the date, the activity and timeslot, and counts for guests, checked-in guests, and resources.
- The timeslot's note, if it has one.
- A check-in box on every row, ticked if that guest or order is already checked in.
- A footer with the page number and the time it was printed.
Blank boxes for paper
Turn on the Write-in Notes and Write-in Signature columns in a saved view and they print as empty boxes, labelled Notes and Sig., for the team to fill in by hand.
What doesn't print
- Cancelled bookings are always left out.
- Timeslots with no bookings don't get a page.
- If you print from a saved view that has filters, those filters carry over to the printout.
Examples
- Hand a boat captain the head-count: print the 9:00 timeslot in landscape, by order, with the Print View columns.
- Give a guide per-guest details: switch Row mode to By Guest and print a saved view with the guest names, ages, and any custom fields.
- Collect signatures at the dock: add Write-in Signature to a view, print, and have guests sign next to their names.
- Print the whole day for the office: use the printer icon in the top bar with Group by By Time and Page breaks Continuous.
