Yes, and in your booking widget it already is. The business phone number you've set for your company shows as a tap-to-call link on phones, so guests can call you straight from the widget.
Set your phone number
- Go to Setup → Company Info, Links & Policies.
- On the General tab, enter your Phone number.
- Save.
The widget uses that number wherever it offers a way to call you, such as when there's no availability or at checkout.
Where phone numbers are clickable
- Booking widget. Your business number is a tap-to-call link.
- Your dashboard. Guest phone numbers on the Manifest and on a trip are tap-to-call links. On a trip, select call.
- Customer portal and receipts. The number is shown as plain text, so guests have to dial it themselves.
Examples
- A guest finds no availability. The widget shows your number to tap and call.
- Your front desk takes a call. Open the trip and select call beside the guest's number.
