When you send an email or group message to guests from a trip or the manifest, TripWorks keeps a record of it. You can view these sent messages on the Messages tab of the trip.
How to View Sent Messages
- Open the trip (use the confirmation code or find it in your trip list)
- Click the Messages tab at the top of the trip page
- You will see a history of all emails and messages sent for that trip, including group messages sent from the manifest
Note: Group emails sent from the manifest are tied to the trip and will appear here alongside individual guest messages.
What You Can See
- The subject and content of each message sent
- When it was sent
- Which guest or group it was sent to
