Viewing Sent Emails and Messages

When you send an email or group message to guests from a trip or the manifest, TripWorks keeps a record of it. You can view these sent messages on the Messages tab of the trip.

How to View Sent Messages

  1. Open the trip (use the confirmation code or find it in your trip list)
  2. Click the Messages tab at the top of the trip page
  3. You will see a history of all emails and messages sent for that trip, including group messages sent from the manifest

Note: Group emails sent from the manifest are tied to the trip and will appear here alongside individual guest messages.

 

What You Can See

  • The subject and content of each message sent
  • When it was sent
  • Which guest or group it was sent to
