Your Viator Supplier ID — also called your supplier number — is a numeric ID that Viator assigns to you (for example, 5060143). TripWorks doesn't generate it; you retrieve it from Viator and enter it when you connect your Viator channel, so bookings flow to the right account.

Get it from Viator
- Log in to the Viator supplier portal (supplier.viator.com).
- Go to Account → Connectivity.
- Select TripWorks as your reservation system.
- Your Supplier ID and API Key are shown there.
Add it to TripWorks
The Supplier ID lives on your Viator reseller profile in TripWorks. Open that reseller's settings, find the API Information section, and enter your Viator Supplier ID and Viator API Key. (If you don't have a Viator reseller profile yet, create one first.)
Once saved, TripWorks is connected to your Viator supplier account.
