TripWorks exports data from the page where that data lives — there is no central export screen. Most list pages and all reports support export.
List pages
Any list page with an Export button in the upper-right corner lets you download as CSV or Excel. The file is generated in the background; when ready, it appears in your Notifications Center and is emailed to you.
Pages with an Export button:
- Customers — exports your full customer list as CSV or Excel, including contact information, booking history, and lifetime value. Navigate to Customers from the top navigation and click Export in the upper-right corner.
- Trips / Bookings (Sales) — your bookings list, accessible from the top navigation. Includes trip details, payment status, and customer information. Any filters currently applied carry over into the export.
- Gift Cards — exports all gift card records including codes, balances, purchase dates, and redemption history.
- Invoices — exports your invoice list including invoice number, reseller, amount, and payment status.
- Resellers — exports your reseller directory including contact details and account status.
- Reseller Invoices — exports reseller invoice records including amounts owed and payment status.
- Waivers — exports signed waiver records including signer name, date, and associated trip.
Tip: Active filters carry over into the export. Filter the list first, then click Export to get exactly the records you need.
Reports
Every report under Reports has a download icon in the toolbar that exports to CSV immediately. This includes all Sales, Bookings, Tax, Finance, Reseller, Marketing, Resource, and Waiver reports, as well as Reviews, Notes, Voucher Redemptions, and Product Details.
Other export points
- CRM Lead Conversions — Export button within the Lead Conversions view
- Voucher Group Codes — export codes from inside a voucher group
Export history
List-page exports are logged in Setup → Import & Export. Check the status of a pending export or re-download a completed file from there.
Pickup Manifest
You can export your pickup manifest as an Excel spreadsheet. This is available from the manifest view whenever pickup groups are visible for a trip.
How to Export
- Open the Manifest for the trip you want to review
- Make sure you're viewing the pickup groups (your pickup locations should be listed with assigned guests)
- Click the Export to Excel button
The spreadsheet downloads immediately to your device.
What's Included
The exported file contains the details your team needs to manage pickups in the field:
- Pickup locations
- Scheduled pickup times
- Guest names
- Contact information
When to Use This
The pickup manifest export is helpful anytime your team needs pickup information outside of TripWorks:
- Hand to drivers who need a printed or offline-accessible list for their route
- Field operations where staff at pickup points need to check guests in manually
- Transport partners who handle pickups on your behalf and need a formatted manifest
