What happens to follow-up emails if a booking is marked as No-Show?

When a booking is marked as No-Show, TripWorks will automatically pause any scheduled follow-up emails (like review requests, thank-you messages, or photo reminders).

 

There’s no setup required—this safeguard is built in to prevent sending post-trip emails to guests who didn’t attend.

 

Important Note 

If the No-Show status is removed later, the follow-up emails will not resume automatically.
