Can I use my own card readers?
Only card readers provided and certified by TripWorks are compatible with the platform. You cannot use your own card reader or purchase one directly from a third party.

Since TripWorks is PCI compliant, customers who use TripWorks for all storage, processing, and transmission of payment card data — including TripWorks-certified card readers — do not need to validate PCI compliance for those transactions.
