Set Up Multi-Language Support For Your Widget

Learn how to easily enable multi-language support in TripWorks to enhance the experience for your international customers.

With the multi-language support feature, you can now offer your booking experience in multiple languages, catering to a global audience. 

Supported languages include:

  • English
  • Spanish
  • French
  • German
  • Italian
  • Japanese
  • Chinese
  • Dutch
  • Portuguese

 

This guide will walk you through setting up and managing the language preferences for your TripWorks booking widget(s). 

 

How to Enable Multi-Language Support

  1. Select More > Discover More from the toolbar

 

  1. Select Create a Widget

 

  1. Choose your preferred widget options for Steps 1 and 2
  2. For Step 3, select your Language Options 
    • Auto-detect the browser language: Select this option if you want the widget language to automatically match the default browser language
    • Always show the widget in this language: Select this option if you prefer to set your widget to a specific language, which will override the default browser language

 

Pro Tip

Regardless of which language option you choose, your customers can still adjust the language to their preference during checkout by using the language picker to select their desired option.

 

 

  1.  Select Copy to Clipboard under Step 4 to install your booking widget
