Cancel an Automated Message

Trips typically have one or more messages that are scheduled to be sent to the guest in the future. These messages might provide information about the upcoming experience, or they might prompt a guest to post a review. In some cases, you might wish to manually cancel these messages. This article describes how to manually cancel messages that are scheduled to be sent to a recipient.

Canceling a Message

While viewing a trip, click the Messages tab. Locate the message you would like to cancel, and choose Cancel Message.

You can also view if an email was sent, delivered, and opened by clicking on the Details button on the upper right of any email message.
