The Dashboard consolidates your most relevant business information into a single location and helps you quickly see the health of your business.

Feature | Description |
The Total Sales | The Total Sales reflects the total sales based on activities that were delivered during a specific time period. |
Payments & Next Payout | Payments represents the total amount of payments processed during the period. The Next Payout is the total amount you can expect in your next payout. |
Sales By Source | Sales By Source shows how customers discovered your business, based on their responses to the “How Did You Hear About Us?” question during checkout |
Sales By Method | Sales By Method indicates the ways customers are booking with you, such as walk-in, e-commerce, phone call, chat, and more |
Payments By Type | Payments By Type displays the common payment methods used in your account, including credit card, cash, vouchers, and others. |
Top Conversion Paths | The Top Conversion Paths chart is a visualization of the paths customers took between their first interaction and final purchases during a selected time period. |
Flagged Trips | Flagged Trips display alerts for trips that require review and resolution by the account user. |
Search Demand | The Search Demand section is a visualization of how many customers engaged with the booking calendar on an E-Commerce website. |
Important Notes
- The Dashboard is the default view upon logging in.
- Any team member with an invitation to your TripWorks account can access the Dashboard.

Viewing Your Dashboard
The Dashboard is the default view after you login. You can also select the Home icon in the upper-left corner of the navigation to access your dashboard
The Dashboard is designed to give a quick visual of how you are tracking your sales and total payments. Everything that is viewed on the Dashboard is driven by the selected date ranges directly above the Sales chart
Total Sales
The Total Sales represents the value of all activities that were delivered during the period.
The daily and total buttons show the cumulative sales at that point in time. For example, we can see that the tour operator has $5,432.99 in cumulative sales for September 17:
Total Payments and Payouts
You can find Payments and Next Payout just beneath Total Sales.
- Payments reflect the total amount of payments processed during the period, including all payment methods
- Next Payout represents the expected value of your upcoming payout

Sales By Source
Sales By Source analyzes how guests are hearing about the tour operator's company. This metric shows what source the sales are coming from and which sources are bringing in the most revenue.
For example: You can see that 33.4% of the tour operator's sales are coming from Twitter:
Sales By Method
Sales by Method analyzes what method customers are booking activities and which methods are bringing in the most revenue
For example: You can see that E-Commerce is bringing in 28.3% of sales revenue:
Sales By Activity
Sales by Activity analyzes which activities are being booked the most, highlighting the most popular and those generating the highest revenue.
For Example: The Kayaking activity is bringing in 41.5% of sales:
Top Conversion Paths
The Top Conversion Paths funnel allows you to track the entire customer buying journey, helping you visualize the steps that led to the final purchase.
This funnel shows every stage the customer went through before completing a purchase. The Purchases section at the end highlights all customers who successfully made a purchase.
For example, a customer may start booking on your e-commerce site but abandon their cart. An abandoned cart email will automatically be sent, encouraging them to complete the purchase. You can track this entire process using the Top Conversion Paths chart:
Flagged Trips
The Flagged Trips section serves as a notification hub, keeping all trip-related alerts in one place. These flagged alerts assign specific trips to team members for review or resolution:
