How to Save a Reseller’s Credit Card

1. On your TripWorks Dashboard, go to More > Resellers

2. Select the Reseller for whom you want to save a credit card
3. Open the Cards tab
4. Choose “save first credit card” 

5. Enter the credit card details
6. Optionally, add a note

7. Click Save – the card will now be stored in the reseller’s profile

How to Process a Payment Using a Saved Reseller Credit Card

1. Book the trip under the reseller’s account as usual
2. At the payment step, choose Saved Card instead of manually entering card details

3. Select the stored reseller credit card and choose Charge

The payment will now appear as a posted transaction on the trip
