Sometimes, a trip booked under a reseller needs to be paid directly by the customer. This may happen if the reseller transfers payment responsibility or if the operator wants to bypass reseller invoicing.
Converting the trip to a walk-up removes it from the reseller’s invoice and ensures the customer is charged directly. This article explains how to make the switch.
How It Works
By converting a reseller trip to a walk-up:
- The trip is no longer attributed to the reseller.
- The trip is no longer included in the reseller’s invoice.
- The reseller is not responsible for payment.
- The customer will pay directly at check-in or through another method.
How to Convert a Reseller Trip to a Walkup
From with the trip, choose Payments

Select the X button next to the invoice status

Choose the new trip method from the dropdown and select Convert to Direct Pay

The trip method will update, allowing you to select Add a Payment to process a direct payment from the customer
