Booking statuses help you visually and operationally manage customer check-ins, no-shows, and other key milestones.

Each guest on a trip has its own booking status. You can create your own booking statuses and assign them distinct colors to better fit your workflow.

Built-In Booking Statuses

By default, your account includes three booking statuses.

Not Checked In This is the default status that is applied when a new booking is created.
Checked In When a guest arrives, you'll check them in
No Show If a guest fails to arrive, you can change the booking status to No Show to help you keep an accurate account of the number of guests on a given availability.

  1. From the Booking Statuses page, choose the color block next to any status to select a new color.
  2. Use the arrows to the right of the statuses to rearrange their order in the list.
  3. Select Add.. to create a new custom booking status.
  4. Choose Save to apply your changes.

How Booking Statuses Appear on the Manifest

Once you’ve saved your booking statuses:

Navigate to the Manifest View by selecting Manifest from the toolbar

Under the Status column, choose any status field in a booking row

You’ll see both the built-in and your newly created statuses, with their assigned colors

When you select or change a status, the new label and color appear immediately on the Manifest.
