As a tour operator, you may need to print the manifest for the boat captain or a hiking guide, for example, who may need to do a head count of each guest before departure. Office staff may also need to print and file daily manifest. 

There are two ways to print the manifest: 

• You can print the entire manifest showing all of your bookings for the day, or,
• You can print the manifest for a single activity

This article will walk through how to print the manifest for the entire day or a single timeslot. 

How to Print the Manifest for the Entire Day

1. Access the manifest by selecting Manifest from the toolbar 

2. Select the print icon in the upper right corner

How to Print the Manifest for a Single Activity

1. Access the manifest by selecting Manifest from the toolbar 

2. Navigate to a specific activity/timeslot in the left navigation pane

3. Select the three dots next to the Book button
4. Select Print Manifest from the actions menu

Pickup Manifest

You can export your pickup manifest as an Excel spreadsheet. This is available from the manifest view whenever pickup groups are visible for a trip.

How to Export

1. Open the Manifest for the trip you want to review
2. Make sure you're viewing the pickup groups (your pickup locations should be listed with assigned guests)
3. Click the Export to Excel button

The spreadsheet downloads immediately to your device.

What's Included

The exported file contains the details your team needs to manage pickups in the field:

• Pickup locations
• Scheduled pickup times
• Guest names
• Contact information

When to Use This

The pickup manifest export is helpful anytime your team needs pickup information outside of TripWorks:

• Hand to drivers who need a printed or offline-accessible list for their route
• Field operations where staff at pickup points need to check guests in manually
• Transport partners who handle pickups on your behalf and need a formatted manifest
