You can now attach photos and files directly to a trip — perfect for capturing a photo of a customer's ID at check-in, keeping a signed paper waiver on file, or storing any supporting document in one place. Everything lives on the booking itself, so your whole team can find it later.

Where to Find It
Open any trip and look for the new Documents tab, just to the right of the Notes tab. The tab shows a small count badge so you can see at a glance how many documents are attached.
Attaching a Document
Open the Documents tab and you'll see an upload area. There are a few ways to add a file:
- On a computer: Drag a file straight onto the upload area, or click Browse Files to pick one from your device.
- On a phone or tablet: Tap Take Photo to open your camera and capture an ID on the spot, or tap Choose File to pick something you've already saved.
Uploads appear in the Documents tab as soon as they finish, and the count badge updates automatically.

Common Uses
- Identity verification: Photograph a customer's ID at boarding for fraud prevention and record-keeping.
- Signed paperwork: Keep a copy of a signed waiver, liability form, or rental agreement attached to the booking.
- Supporting files: Store anything else tied to the trip — a special request, a vendor confirmation, a photo of equipment condition.
Tips
- Documents are tied to the trip, so anyone on your team who opens that booking can see them.
- On mobile, "Take Photo" is the fastest path — it opens the camera directly so you can capture and attach in one motion.
- Treat photo IDs and personal documents with the same care you'd give any sensitive customer information.
