Why can't I clone a booking?

Cloning a booking in TripWorks can be restricted under certain conditions.  Specifically, you won't be able to clone a booking on a trip if:

  1. The trip is locked (which typically happens 14 days after creation to maintain reporting accuracy).
  2. You do not have the necessary permissions to unlock or clone trips.
  3. The trip has a status of Deleted.
  4. There is no availability for the ticket type you are trying to clone.
