View and Manage Customer Profiles

Easily manage and book trips for returning customers by accessing and updating their customer profiles.

When a customer books a trip, their information is saved in a customer profile within your account, allowing you to access and manage their data at any time through TripWorks.

If you need to locate a customer's profile or review their reservation, simply use the search bar at the top of your dashboard.

In a customer’s profile, you can view their booking history, contact details, credit cards on file, and more.


 

How to Find a Customer Profile 

  1.  In your dashboard, use the search box to look up the customer's name

 

  1.  In the Customers section, select the customer name 


 

How to Edit a Customer Profile 

Select the Contact tab to edit the customer name, email, phone number, address, and manage their preferences for marketing emails and texts

 

 

 

How to Book a New Trip From Within a Customer Profile

When a returning customer wants to book another trip, you can easily do so under their existing profile. 

  1.  Select Book to the right of the profile

 

  1.  Your available activities will appear; select one to continue

 

  1. The customer's contact information will be automatically populated into the contact fields 

 

Proceed through the booking flow to finalize the reservation.
