When a customer books a trip, their information is saved in a customer profile within your account, allowing you to access and manage their data at any time through TripWorks.
If you need to locate a customer's profile or review their reservation, simply use the search bar at the top of your dashboard.
In a customer’s profile, you can view their booking history, contact details, credit cards on file, and more.

How to Find a Customer Profile
- In your dashboard, use the search box to look up the customer's name

- In the Customers section, select the customer name

How to Edit a Customer Profile
Select the Contact tab to edit the customer name, email, phone number, address, and manage their preferences for marketing emails and texts

How to Book a New Trip From Within a Customer Profile
- Select Book to the right of the profile

- Your available activities will appear; select one to continue

- The customer's contact information will be automatically populated into the contact fields
