Before you can publish an activity to your booking widget, TripWorks requires at least one hero photo and one gallery photo. You can add, remove, or swap photos at any point after the activity goes live.

Open the Photos page

1. Select More > Activity Catalog from the toolbar.

2. Select the activity you want to update from the list.

3. Select Photos from the sidebar menu.

Add a hero photo

The hero photo is the main image displayed at the top of the activity page in your booking widget.

1. Under the Hero Photo tab, select Add a Hero Photo.
2. In the dialog, drag and drop an image file or select Browse to choose one from your device. The image must be at least 900 px wide and 300 px tall.

3. Crop or adjust the image in the editor, then select Done.

4. Select Upload Photo to confirm.

Add gallery photos

Gallery photos appear in the image carousel on the activity page. Only one is required to publish, but adding more gives customers a better preview of the experience.

1. Select the Photo Gallery tab.
2. Follow the same upload steps as the hero photo. Gallery photos must be at least 600 px wide and 400 px tall.
3. Repeat for each additional photo. You can return to add more after the activity is live.
