When weather, equipment failure, or an unexpected closure forces your hand, you can cancel a whole timeslot — or an entire day — straight from the Manifest, and notify everyone affected in the same step. Canceling by timeslot handles isolated disruptions while leaving the rest of the schedule intact; canceling the day handles full closures.

Cancel a timeslot
- Open Manifest from your dashboard.
- Choose the activity from the left, or scroll to find it.
- Select the ellipsis icon in the upper right of that timeslot.
- Choose Cancel All Passengers…
- In the popup, set your options:
- Allow passengers to rebook to another activity — if you use self-rebooking, let guests rebook to a different activity; leave unchecked to keep them on the same one.
- Notify all passengers of cancellation — send an email and/or SMS to everyone booked on the timeslot.
- Choose a message template — pick a pre-written template and add an optional note.
- Select Cancel X passengers to finish.
Cancel a full day
To close an entire day, repeat the timeslot cancellation across the day's activities — each with the same notify-and-rebook options — so every affected guest is informed.
Frequently asked questions
Can guests rebook themselves after a cancellation?
Yes, if you enable the rebooking option when canceling and have self-rebooking turned on. You can restrict them to the same activity or allow any activity.
Will guests be told automatically?
Only if you choose to notify them. Select "Notify all passengers" and pick a message template when canceling.
