The Register tab in TripWorks is designed for fast, streamlined walk-up bookings — perfect for same-day reservations when customers arrive in person.
Accessing the Register
Select the Register tab in your TripWorks dashboard

This will open the Quick Checkout page, where you’ll see a scrollable list of your activities starting with today’s date

You can view availability for the upcoming days by scrolling or by selecting a date using the date picker in the upper left

Finding the Right Activity
Use the search bar to quickly locate an activity or experience (e.g., type “kayaking” to filter only those options)

Once you’ve found the right activity, simply select a time slot to begin the booking process.
Checkout Process
After selecting a timeslot, select the number of tickets by type on the next page.
Optionally enter customer contact information by expanding the Contact Details Section, or skip this step entirely

Important Note
If customer info is skipped, the system will not send confirmation or follow-up emails for the booking.
On the right side, you’ll see a real-time order summary, including pricing.
Payment & Confirmation
To complete the booking, select Make a Payment. You can also apply a promo code on this page, either to all guests or to specific individuals

Once payment is processed, the trip will move to Reserved status. You’ll then have the option to:
- Check in guests
 - Print tickets (if a ticket printer is connected)
 

Additional Options
After check-in, choose View Trip to see trip details, or select Home to return to the main register screen

If a customer plans to pay later, you can skip ahead to the check-in screen and complete the payment at another time

Managing Same-Day Bookings
Use the Search Trips function to pull up bookings for today by entering a name or a confirmation number to locate a specific trip

From there, you can check in guests, print tickets, or simply view the trip
