TripWorks lets you generate a unique booking widget for each reseller. This allows bookings made through that widget to be automatically attributed to the correct reseller—no manual tagging required.
It’s the simplest and most automated way to give resellers a personalized booking tool they can place on their own website, use in emails, or access via direct link.
What Is a Reseller Booking Widget?
A reseller booking widget is a customizable button or embedded form that links directly to your booking flow. When a customer books through that widget, the reservation is automatically assigned to the reseller—along with any associated wholesale pricing or commission settings.

How to Create a Reseller Booking Widget
- From the toolbar, select More > Resellers
- Select a reseller from the list
- Navigate to the Widgets tab
- Under Step 1, select the type of widget you would like to create. For more information about each one, visit TripWorks Booking Widgets
Complete the corresponding fields for your widget of choice. Expand the sections below for further guidance, as needed.
Book Now Button
If you are creating a book now button for the reseller:
- Select Book Now button from Step 1
- For Step 2, style your button and determine what is shown on the once selected
- Step 3 will display a preview of Book Now button:
- Follow the instructions under step 4 to install the button

Booking Link
If you are creating a booking link for the reseller:
- Select URL Link from Step 1
- For Step 2, choose where the URL link should link to
- Copy the link and send it to the Reseller

Booking Calendar
If you are creating a booking calendar for the reseller:
- Select URL Link from Step 1
- Choose which activities the calendar should display
- Step 3 will display a preview of the calendar embed:

Step 2: Share the Widget Installment Instructions With The Reseller
Book Now Button
Once you have created a Book Now button for the reseller, share the Widget Installment portion of the Create a Book Now Button instructions, as well as the unique script and button HTML you have created.
- Select Add to Your Website
- Under Step 1, select Copy to Clipboard
- Paste the script between the <head> tags of each page on your website
- Under Step 2, select Copy to Clipboard then paste the code in each play you want the button to appear on your website
Booking Link
Once you have created a booking link for the reseller, share the Widget Installment portion of the Create a Booking Link instructions, as well as the unique URL you have created.
- Select Copy to Clipboard
- Paste the link into the desired places for your marketing and promotional efforts, or simply bookmark the link for ease of use
Booking Calendar
Once you have created a booking calendar for the reseller, share the Widget Installment portion of the Create a Booking Calendar instructions, as well as the unique script and calendar embed code you have created.
- Select Install Now
- Under Step 1, select Copy to Clipboard and paste the script between the <head> tag of each page on your website
- Under Step 2, select Copy to Clipboard and paste the code in each place you want the calendar to appear on your website
The calendar will look like this once it is embedded on the website:
