Suggested Products on E-Commerce

Display products as suggested purchases to e-commerce customers as they book an experience online.

Once your Product Catalog‍ is built, you have the option to display your products as suggested purchases to e-commerce customers. For each product in your catalog, you may elect to display it as a suggested product for any, all, or none of the experiences your team offers.

Any suggested products you choose to associate with an experience will be visible to e-commerce customers as they complete the checkout process online.


Display Products As Suggested Purchases at Online Checkout

1. Ensure Product Status Is Live

  1. Select More > Discover More from the toolbar, then choose the the Products link.
  2. Choose the product you want to display as a suggested purchase.
  3. Ensure the Status field is set to Live.

  4. Select the Save button.


2. Associate Suggested Products with the Desired Experiences

  1. Navigate to the desired experience by selecting More > Experience Catalog from the toolbar, then choosing the experience from the list.
  2. Select Products from the sidebar menu.
  3. Select the checkbox(es) next to the item(s) you want displayed as suggested products for this experience.

  4. Be sure to Save your work.


How Suggested Products Appear on E-Commerce

The items you've selected will now appear as suggested products for e-commerce customers as they book this experience online.
