Two ways to sign in to TripWorks — your direct business URL or the main login — plus how to fix the most common "stuck on the login page" issue.

There are two ways to sign in to TripWorks. Knowing which screen you're on is the key to getting in smoothly.

Option 1 — your direct business URL

Enter your login URL in a browser, formatted as your-business-name.tripworks.com/login (for example, balloon-tours-nyc.tripworks.com). Enter your email and password, then select Log In.

Option 2 — the main login

You can also sign in from the main TripWorks login and enter your account details there.

Stuck on the login page?

There are two different login screens, and the most common problem is entering the wrong credential type for the screen you're on — typically an email address where a subdomain (your business name) is expected, or vice versa. Look at what the screen is asking for:

  • A subdomain field wants your business name (the your-business-name part of your URL).
  • An email field wants the email you sign in with.

Enter the type it's asking for. If you've forgotten your password, reset it rather than guessing — repeated wrong attempts won't get you in.

What's my login URL?

It's your business name followed by .tripworks.com/login — for example, balloon-tours-nyc.tripworks.com/login.

I keep getting rejected at login — why?

Usually you're entering the wrong type of credential for the screen — an email where a subdomain is expected, or the reverse. Match what the field asks for, and reset your password if you're unsure of it.
