The Manifest View in TripWorks is your command center for managing trips, guests, and operational logistics. To make it work best for your day-to-day needs, you can customize which columns appear, reorder them, and save custom layouts for different use cases.
Why Customize?
Tailoring your manifest helps you:
- Focus on only the data that matters (like Guest Names, Waivers, or assigned Resources)
- Quickly switch between preset views for different roles (check-in, logistics, guides)
- Streamline daily workflows by showing the right info, in the right order, every time
Whether you’re a front desk staff checking guests in or a guide confirming waivers, a well-customized manifest layout saves time and reduces mistakes.
How to Add a Custom View
- Navigate to the Manifest View by selecting Manifest from the toolbar

- Select the Ellipses icon
next to any trip (or switch to another date if none are visible)

- Select Customize Columns to choose which fields appear
-
Toggle checkboxes to show or hide columns

- Once you’ve made your selections, close the customization panel
- Return to the Manifest View — here, you can now click and drag the column headers to rearrange their order directly

- When you’re happy with your layout, click Save, give your view a name, and your configuration (including column order) will be saved for future use

Pro Tip: Want multiple manifest presets for different workflows?
You can create multiple Manifest Views by simply adding or removing columns, then clicking Save and giving the layout a unique name (e.g., Check-In View, Logistics View, Waiver Review). Each saved view retains its own column selection and order, making it easy to switch between customized setups as needed:

View/Hide Cancellations
To keep your Manifest View focused and clutter-free, you can easily hide canceled bookings:
- Select the Ellipses icon
next to any trip (or switch to another date if none are visible)
- Toggle the “Show Cancellations” option to hide or display cancelled bookings

The Manifest will now only show bookings that are confirmed, pending, or checked in—depending on your filter selection. This is especially useful during check-in or when canceled guests no longer need to appear in your active workflow.
