There are three ways to view signed waivers for an activity in TripWorks:
- Manifest View
- Trip View
- Waiver Portal
Each method offers a unique way to quickly access waiver statuses, depending on what you're looking for. Simply expand the sections below for detailed instructions on how to view waivers:
Manifest View
- Navigate to the Manifest View by selecting Manifest from the toolbar
- Check the Waiver Status column to see if customers have signed
To view a specific date, select the date in the top-left corner and choose the desired date from the calendar.
Not seeing the Waiver column?
Ensure the waiver column is enabled in your manifest settings. Learn more about Customizing the Manifest View.
Trip View
- While inside the trip, go to the Bookings tab
- For each booking, the waiver status will be displayed next to the ticket type

Waiver Portal
The waiver portal securely stores all signed waivers in your account. To access the waiver portal go to More > Waivers in your dashboard
From here, you can open and export any signed waiver
