Using the Reviews List View

The Reviews list view shows every guest review across your account — filter by rating, activity, guide, or date, and respond from a single screen.

The Reviews list view is a new top-level page that shows every guest review across your account — across activities, channels, and date ranges — in one searchable, filterable list. Use it to monitor sentiment, surface issues quickly, and find specific reviews to respond to.

How to access

From the toolbar, go to Reviews. The list opens to your most recent saved view (or "All recent reviews" the first time you visit).

What the list shows

Each row is a single review with these default columns:

  • Date — when the review was submitted.
  • Rating — the star rating (1 to 5).
  • Activity — which experience the review is for.
  • Guide / team member — if assigned, the guide who led the trip.
  • Guest — guest name, with a link to the customer profile.
  • Review preview — first lines of the review text.
  • Response status — whether you've replied yet.

Click any row to open the full review and respond.

Common workflows

Triage low ratings first

Filter Rating ≤ 3 and sort by date. Save it as a view called "Needs attention" so you see it as soon as you open Reviews.

Find unresponded reviews

Filter Response status = No response. Useful for staying on top of public reviews that benefit from an operator reply.

Track a specific guide's reviews

Filter by Guide to pull every review for that team member. Useful for performance check-ins and recognition.

Spot-check a high-volume activity

Filter by Activity and sort by date to see how a particular experience is trending. Pair with a date filter to compare seasons.

Note

The Reviews list view uses the same filter and saved-view pattern as every other list in TripWorks. See Filtering, Saving Views, and Customizing Columns for a full walkthrough.
