Live Chat
Use the live chat option inside TripWorks for fast, real-time help. Click the help icon in the top navigation bar and select Start live chat to connect with a support agent.
Support Tickets
For non-urgent issues or detailed questions, submit a support ticket. Tickets are answered via email and are best for situations that don't require an immediate response.
To create a ticket, click the help icon in the top navigation bar and select Create support ticket.
