Setting Up Multiple Viator Accounts

Connect and manage multiple Viator supplier profiles from a single TripWorks dashboard

TripWorks lets you connect multiple Viator supplier accounts to a single TripWorks dashboard. This is ideal if you operate under different brand names, manage separate locations, or run a franchise model—all while consolidating bookings and availability in one place.

  • Multi-brand operators managing separate Viator profiles under different brand names
  • Multi-location operators with distinct Viator accounts for each location
  • Franchise operators centralizing management across multiple supplier accounts

 

Connect Multiple Viator Accounts

  1. Go to Resellers in your TripWorks dashboard
  2. Choose Create Reseller
  3. Select Viator from the OTA options
  4. Enter your Viator credentials:
    • Viator Supplier ID — available in your Viator Supplier Portal
    • Viator API Key — available in your Viator Supplier Portal
  5. Set your commission rate and payment method
  6. Choose Create
  7. Repeat for each additional Viator account
