Assigning agents to reseller trips in TripWorks allows you to track which reseller representatives are responsible for bookings. This helps with reporting, commission tracking, and reseller management. Follow the steps below to assign an agent to a reseller trip.

How to Assign Agents to Reseller Trips

1. Book a New Trip from your TripWorks dashboard

2. On the final page, select Reseller from the “How was this trip received?” dropdown

3. Search for and select the reseller you want to attribute the sale to

4. Choose an agent from the list to assign them to the trip

Once completed, the Reseller and Agent will be tagged on the trip
