The Business Analysis dashboard turns your booking, revenue, and call data into plain-English insights — so you can spot what's working, where you're leaving money on the table, and what to do next. It's powered by AI and refreshes automatically.

Who can see it
Access to the Business Analysis dashboard is controlled by a permission. Owners, Managers, and Analysts have access by default; Reservation Agents and Affiliate Agents do not. To change who can see it, go to Setup › Security and enable the Business Analysis permission for the user groups you choose.
The AI Summary
At the top of your dashboard, the AI Summary gives you a short, plain-English read on how your business is doing — recent sales trends, fill rates, and your top-performing experiences. It's written by AI and refreshed every night, so it's ready when you log in. Select Full Analysis to jump into the complete Business Analysis view.
Ask AI
Have a specific question about your numbers? Use Ask AI in the right sidebar to ask in your own words — for example, "Which experience grew the most last month?" — and get an answer based on your account's data.
Good to know
AI-generated insights are a guide, not a guarantee. They may not be 100% accurate, so use them alongside your own judgment.

Opening the Business Analysis view
Use the view switcher in the sidebar to move between your regular Dashboard and the Business Analysis view. The Business Analysis view has four sections.
1. Executive Summary
A short AI-written analysis of your business, plus four benchmark numbers so you can see how you compare:
- Capacity Utilization — how full your trips are (against a 70% average).
- Revenue per Hour — how much each operating hour earns (against a $35 average).
- Weekend vs. Weekday Utilization — how your busiest days compare.
- Best Tour — your top experience by revenue.
Select Rerun Analysis any time to refresh every section with your latest data. You'll see a "Last analyzed" timestamp so you always know how current it is.

2. Revenue Optimization Strategies
Three recommended ways to grow, sorted by effort: a Quick Win, a Medium Effort play, and a longer-term Strategic move. Each card includes an estimated return and a timeline, with a link to take action.

3. Key Insights
Four focused insights flagged by priority (High or Medium), such as your weekend-to-weekday gap, how much of your business is last-minute, differences across time segments, and how concentrated your revenue is in a single product.

4. Demand Pattern Analysis
A closer look at when and how guests book:
- Weekday vs. Weekend utilization side by side.
- Booking Lead Time — how far ahead guests book (0–2 days, 3–7, 8–14, 14+).
- Average Order Value by Segment — pre-travel vs. in-market guests.
- Time of Day — utilization and revenue for morning, mid-day, afternoon, and evening.

Call Intelligence
If you have a connected phone system, the Call Intelligence section turns your calls into trends: total calls, booking conversion rate, call-driven revenue, and average guest satisfaction. You'll also see a breakdown of call outcomes, your most common call topics, and an AI summary of what your guests are calling about.
