Suggested Items offer an effective way to enhance your customers’ booking experience by displaying additional products or activities during checkout. Whether it’s merchandise like t-shirts and hats or recommending other activities, Suggested Items help you maximize upselling opportunities and increase revenue.

Why Use Suggested Items?

Using Suggested Items helps you increase revenue by encouraging customers to add more to their experience. Whether it’s purchasing an item of memorabilia or booking an additional adventure, these suggestions give guests the chance to personalize and upgrade their booking.

 

How to Set Up Suggested Items

  1. Navigate to the desired activity by selecting More > Activity Catalog from the toolbar

 

  1. Choose the activity you want to add Suggested Items to
  2. Select Suggested from the left menu 

 

  1. Select the Activities and/or Products you want to display as Suggested Items
  2. For Suggested Products, choose whether they should be shown only to the lead guest or to every guest on the booking

 

Pro Tip: Require a Suggested Activity 

Need customers to book at least one suggested activity? Enable “Require at least one suggested activity during booking” to ensure they select essential options—perfect for round-trip transportation where both to-trip and from-trip must be booked together.
