Creating a Single Reservation with Multiple Activities

There are several reasons why you may want to book multiple activities under one reservation, including:

  • Convenience for Customers – Guests booking multiple activities (e.g., one in the morning and another in the afternoon) can pay with a single credit card and receive one receipt.
  • Streamlined Management – Keeping all activities within the same reservation ensures that all details are stored in one place for easy reference.
  • Ideal for Transportation Services – If you’re booking transportation to and from a destination (e.g., an airport pickup and drop-off on different dates), grouping these rides within one reservation keeps everything organized.

 

How to Book Multiple Activities in One Reservation

Scenario 1: Booking Multiple Activities in a Single Trip

  1. Start with the First Activity
    1. Navigate to the booking flow as usual and select the first activity
    2. Proceed through the reservation process until you reach the final page

 

  1. Access the Action Menu
    1. Instead of closing out and creating a new trip, click the three dots to open the action menu
    2. Select “Add Activity”

 

  1. Add the Second Activity
    1. The booking widget will open, allowing you to select and book another activity
    2. Follow the booking process to complete the reservation 

 

  1. View and Manage Multiple Activities
    1. Once added, you’ll see both activities listed in an expandable/collapsible menu within the reservation
    2. Choosing an activity will show its specific details
