Log in from your account address
- Open your account's login address in a browser,
your-account.tripworks.com/login. The page shows your business name and logo. - Enter the email address you were invited with.
- Enter your password.
- Select Log In.
You land on your dashboard. Bookmark the address so you can skip step 1 next time.
Don't know your account address?
- Go to the main sign-in page at
tripworks.com/signin. - Enter your account name in the box in front of .tripworks.com and select Next.
- You're taken to your account's login page. Enter your email and password there.
The main sign-in page only asks for your account name. It never asks for your email or password, so if you're on a page asking for those, you're already on a specific account's login page.
Using several TripWorks accounts? Once you're logged in with the same email, you can switch accounts without typing your password again. Open other-account.tripworks.com/login and you go straight to that account's dashboard.
Examples
-
Find your login address: it's the web address your invitation email or your business's TripWorks bookmarks point to, ending in
.tripworks.com. -
Log in on a new computer: go to
your-account.tripworks.com/loginand sign in with your email and password. Nothing needs to be installed. - Get back in after forgetting your password: select Forgot password under the password box, enter your email, and follow the emailed link. See Reset your password.
-
Reach a second business you manage: log in to one, then open the other's
/loginaddress. You skip the password prompt if your email has access.
Troubleshooting login errors
- "Incorrect username or password." Check that the email is the one on your TripWorks user, and retype the password rather than pasting it. If it still fails, reset your password.
- "You have not been granted access to this TripWorks Dashboard." Your email works, but it isn't a user on this account. Make sure you're on the right account address, or ask an account admin to invite you.
- "This login URL does not correspond to an existing account." The address has a typo. Use the main sign-in page to find the right one.
- The page keeps reloading or looks stale. Clear your site cookies for tripworks.com and try again.
Frequently asked questions
What's my login URL?
It's your account name followed by .tripworks.com/login. If you're not sure of the account name, enter it on the main sign-in page and TripWorks forwards you to the right login page if the account exists.
Which email do I log in with?
The email address on your TripWorks user, usually the one your invitation was sent to. If you need to use a different address, see Change your login email.
I keep getting rejected at login. Why?
Most often the password is mistyped or the email isn't the one on your user. Try again slowly, and if it still fails, reset your password instead of guessing. Check the error message too: "Incorrect username or password" points to your credentials, while "You have not been granted access" means you're not a user on that account.
I didn't get a password reset email. What now?
Check your spam folder, and confirm you typed the email your user was created with. TripWorks says a reset was sent whether or not an email is on file, so a "sent" message doesn't prove the address matches. The steps are in Reset your password.
I'm a new team member. How do I get my first login?
An account admin invites you by email, and the invitation lets you set a password. See Invite users to your TripWorks account. If you were invited and can't get in, ask the admin to confirm your email address and that your login hasn't been turned off.
Can I log in on my phone or tablet?
Yes. The dashboard works in a mobile browser at the same login address. For checking guests in on the go, use the TripWorks mobile app.
Can I be logged in to more than one account at once?
You can use the same email on several accounts, but you work in one account at a time. Open the other account's /login address to switch. You must have been added as a user on each account.
