Booking statuses are used to check customers in or mark them as no-shows. This allows you to keep track of whether or not guests attended a booked activity. Updating the guest status will inform your team when a guest has arrived or has not yet checked in. You may need to contact all guests who have not checked in to get an update on their arrival. You can easily change the guest booking status from the manifest view.

Additionally, you can create your own custom booking statuses. You may need to know when a guest has checked out or their order has been filled. Custom booking statuses can be created specifically to meet your needs.
