TripWorks has two login flows depending on how you access your account. If you're stuck on the login page, the most common cause is entering the wrong credential type for the screen you're on — typically an email address where a subdomain is expected, or vice versa.
Which screen are you seeing?
There are two different login screens. Identify yours before proceeding.
Subdomain login

This screen asks for your subdomain — not your email address. Your subdomain is the unique identifier for your TripWorks account, typically the name of your business. For example, if your dashboard URL is acme.tripworks.com, your subdomain is acme.
Enter only the subdomain portion — do not include .tripworks.com.
Email address login

This screen asks for your email address and password. Enter the email associated with your TripWorks user account.
Find your subdomain
If you're not sure what your subdomain is, check any of the following:
- A previous browser bookmark or history entry for your TripWorks dashboard
- A welcome or onboarding email from TripWorks — the URL is usually included
- Your account owner or another team member who may know it
If you still can't locate it, contact support@tripworks.com and we can look it up for you.
Wrong password
If you've confirmed the correct login screen and credential type but are still seeing an "Incorrect username or password" error, reset your password: Reset your password.
Still can't get in
If none of the above resolves the issue, reach out to our support team at support@tripworks.com. Include the error message you're seeing and the URL you're signing in from — this helps us identify the issue faster.
