If you collect deposits, you can give guests the choice to pay the full amount at checkout instead. When you turn this on, customers booking online see two clear options: Pay in Full or Reserve with Deposit.
Letting guests pay everything up front when they want to means fewer follow-up balance payments to chase — and fewer payment failures down the line. Operators who allow it tend to see a meaningful lift in revenue on higher-value bookings.

Enabling the Pay-in-Full Option
- Open the activity editor and go to the Deposits settings page.
- Find the new toggle, Allow customers to pay in full at checkout. It appears under both deposit styles — whether you collect an amount per ticket or per experience.
- Switch it on and save.

That's it. From now on, guests booking that activity online will see both payment options at checkout.
What Guests See
- Toggle on: Guests choose between "Pay in Full" and "Reserve with Deposit" at checkout.
- Toggle off: Checkout behaves exactly as it does today — when deposits are configured, guests pay the deposit only.
Good to Know
- It's per activity. You decide which activities offer the pay-in-full choice.
- Nothing changes if you leave it off. Your current deposit behavior is preserved unless you opt in.
- Recommended for higher-value bookings. Giving guests the option to settle up front tends to cut down on follow-up payment failures.
