When a timeslot shows a number you don't expect, such as sold out when you thought there were spots, the Availability Breakdown shows you why. It lays out the capacity model, the resources involved, and the exact calculation that produced the number, so you or support can settle "why is this showing what it's showing?" in seconds.

What it tells you
Setup covers the settings that drive the calculation: the capacity model (for example resource-based or capped per timeslot), how resources are assigned, the fill priority, and how many bookings currently exist on the slot.
By ticket type gives one row per ticket type (for example 1-Hour Rental, 2-Hour Rental). Each shows the resources it draws on, how much is used versus remaining, and the resulting available number. This is where you spot a ticket type that's constrained differently from the others.
How it's calculated shows the actual logic in plain steps. First it checks existing bookings for the slot, then it works out the remaining capacity. For resource-based activities that means taking the minimum across the resource capacities. The same logic applies to every ticket type.
Frequently asked questions
Why does this slot show no availability? Open the breakdown and check whether the resources are fully used, whether a capacity override is set to zero, or whether a resource is unavailable for that time.
A customer says they can't book, but I see open spots. Why? Look for a limit specific to that ticket type, a minimum-booking requirement, or a resource being shared with another timeslot at the same time.
The available number doesn't match the capacity I set. Why? The breakdown lists every booking counting against the slot and shows whether an override is applied, so you can see exactly where the difference comes from.
Where do I find it? In the Timeslot Editor, click a slot to open its details popup, then select Run Diagnostic Report.
