Adding a Waiver to Your Account

Discover how to add a waiver to your account that can help protect you against potential risks or liabilities when using certain services or products.

In this article, we will guide you through the step-by-step process of adding a digital waiver to your account. 

 

Important Note

TripWorks team members are not permitted to edit or advise our clients on the content of their waivers. We strongly suggest that you consult a legal adviser if you need guidance on creating waiver content.  

 

 

 

How to Add a Waiver to Your Account

  • Choose More... in the top navigation menu 

 

  • Select Discover More 
  • Select Waivers under Activity Catalog 

 

  • Choose Create Waiver 

 

  • Add a Name, Title, and paste your waiver content into the Waiver Body field

 

  • Select whether or not you'd like to use the same waiver body for minors by checking/unchecking the box under the Waiver Body for Minors section. If unchecked, you will be prompted to enter additional text into the text box 

 

  • Select the Waiver Visibility 
    • Draft: This waiver is not ready to be sent to customers 
    • Active: This waiver is ready to be sent and signed by customers 
    • Archived: This waiver is no longer in use 

 

  • Select the Activities tab
  • Select the activities that should utilize your waiver

 

  • Select the Guest Fields tab to decide which waiver fields you would like to require from guests
