When you add the Contact & Map block to your email template, it will display the location of the first activity in the booking.
How It Works
The Contact & Map block automatically pulls location data from the first activity in your customer's booking. The map will show the address and coordinates you've configured for that activity's location.
Example
If a customer books multiple activities in one reservation, the map will display the meeting point for their first scheduled activity. This ensures they know exactly where to go when they arrive.
Setting Up Your Locations
To ensure the correct location appears:
- Make sure each activity has a location assigned
- Verify the location has accurate address and geo-coordinates
- The first activity in the booking will determine which map appears
What Your Customers Will See
In the confirmation email, your customers will see:
- A map image showing the activity location
- A clickable link to open the location in Google Maps
- Your contact information below the map
