When you rebook a trip—whether to a new date or a different activity—you’ll see options that let you decide what stays the same and what gets updated.

Will the price stay the same?

When you rebook—whether to the same activity or a different one—you’ll be asked if you want to:

  • Keep the original price, or
  • Apply the new price based on the updated date or activity

This gives you control in cases where pricing changes depending on the day, season, or activity setup (like with rate sheets or tiered pricing).

What about taxes?

You’ll get a notification if tax rates differ between the original and new activity. You can decide whether to issue a refund or collect the difference if needed.

This comes into play when, for example, the original activity uses Tax Rate A and the new one uses Tax Rate B. There’s no automatic mapping between tax structures, so it’s flagged for review during the rebooking flow.

What happens to add-ons?

  • Same activity: Add-ons carry over automatically.
  • Different activity: You’ll be asked to map new add-ons based on what’s configured in the new activity. If matching add-ons don’t exist, you can choose new ones or leave them off entirely.

Do products carry over?

Yes. Products (like T-shirts or merchandise) always carry over, regardless of whether you’re rebooking to a different date or an entirely new activity.
