Opening, closing, and changing the visibility of timeslots

Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances like bad weather or vehicle maintenance require you to close a timeslotHere are the different ways to change the status of timeslots:

  • Calendar View: Best for adjusting one or two timeslot statuses on a single date.
  • Manifest View: Ideal for changing the status of a single timeslot on a date.
  • Bulk Availability Editor: Perfect for updating the status of timeslots across multiple dates and activities.
  • Activity Editor: Used for adjusting timeslot statuses across multiple dates for a single activity and for creating new timeslots for a single activity.

This article will guide you through changing timeslot statuses using each view.


 

How to Open/Close a Timeslot from the Calendar 

  1. Navigate to the Calendar view on your dashboard 

 

  1. Select the date/time block next to the activity for which you want to adjust the timeslot
  2. From within the time block, select the status to the right of the timeslot you would like to edit. From here, select the preferred timeslot status 

    

  1. Repeat this step for each timeslot and activity you want to edit

 


 

How to Open/Close a Timeslot from the Manifest 

  1. Navigate to the Manifest view on your dashboard 

 

  1. Next to the activity where you want to adjust the timeslot status, select the three dots
  2. Choose Change timeslot Status... 

 

  1. Select the timeslot status from the popup


 


 

How to Open/Close a Timeslot Using the Bulk Availability Editor

  1. From within your dashboard, select More > Bulk Availability Editor 

    

  1. Select the filter icon to select a specific date period, timeslots, activities etc. 

    

  1. Select the activities where you want to adjust the timeslot status

    

  1. Select Change Status to adjust the selected timeslots 

 


 

How to Open/Close a Timeslot Using the Activity Editor

  1. Select More > Activity Catalog from the toolbar

    

  1. Select the activity you would like to edit from your activity list 
  2. Select Dates & Times from the sidebar menu


 

    4. Select the filter icon to select a specific date period, timeslots, activities etc. 


 

    5. Select the activities where you want to adjust the timeslot status and then select Change Status
