Pick-up locations define the specific places guests are collected for an activity — especially useful if you offer transport or a shuttle. Setting them up means guests choose their pickup when they book, and your team sees it on the manifest, so no one's left waiting at the wrong corner.

Create a pick-up location
- In the activity, select Pick-up Locations from the left menu.
- Choose Create.
- Fill out the location's details and save.
Guests booking an activity with pickups can then select where they'll be collected, and that choice travels with the booking.
Pick-up locations are different from an activity's location description (a short note about where the experience takes place, set under Description) and from your global Locations setup. Pickups are specifically the spots where you collect guests.
