If you select the Capped Per Timeslot option when setting your Experience Capacity Limits, you can define the maximum number of tickets, regardless of ticket type, that can be purchased per timeslot.
When to Use the Capped Per Timeslot Capacity Setting
Let's say your team is offering Adult, Teen, and Child ticket types for an upcoming event. Let's also say that your team cannot safely oversee more than 20 people at once for this experience, though it does not matter whether those 20 people are adults, teens, kids, or some combination of the three. As shown in the above screenshot, the solution is simple: Set the Maximum Capacity Per Timeslot field to "20".
In similar fashion, maybe you need to set a cap based on what your venue can handle. For instance, if you are hosting a movie night in an auditorium that can seat a maximum of 100 people (regardless of whether those people are adults, children, or seniors), you would want to input "100" in the Maximum Capacity Per Timeslot field.
